Integrale ICT-oplossing Sociaal Domein

De opdracht betreft de levering van een integrale ICT‑oplossing (SaaS) voor het sociaal domein, inclusief implementatie, migratie, beheer, onderhoud en ondersteuning. De oplossing is gericht op het ondersteunen van de uitvoering van de wettelijke taken binnen het sociaal domein. De overeenkomst treedt naar verwachting in werking op 1 december 2026 en omvat een implementatieperiode tot en met 31 januari 2028. Aansluitend geldt een initiële contractduur van 5 jaar. De overeenkomst kan door de opdrachtgever eenzijdig worden verlengd met vier (4) verlengingsopties van telkens twee (2) jaar. De maximale looptijd van de overeenkomst bedraagt daarmee circa 13 jaar, met als uiterste einddatum 31 januari 2041. De geraamde totale waarde van de opdracht, inclusief alle verlengingsopties, ligt tussen € 800.000 en € 2.250.000 exclusief btw over de gehele looptijd.
