De opdracht omvat het inrichten en per 01-01-2027 leveren van een HRM-systeem met alle gangbare HRM functionaliteiten waaronder ondersteuning van de CAO en salarisverwerking door opdrachtnemer. Tot de scope van de aanbestedingsopdracht behoren: - Levering, inrichting en implementatie van een HRM-systeem met alle gangbare HRM functionaliteiten; - Migreren van personeelsdossiers en overige relevante data en documenten; - Verzorgen van de salarisverwerking; - Koppelen met applicaties; - Het beheren en onderhouden van het systeem inclusief het bijwerken van de CAO indien deze wijzigt.
