Auf der Grundlage der eingereichten Angebote wird eine Rangfolge der Bieter nach den Vergabekriterien gebildet. Der Preis wird nicht das einzige Zuschlagskriterium sein. Die Angebote werden nach der Einfachen Richtwertmethode bewertet. Bei der Einfachen Richtwertmethode wird das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung als Quotient zu einer Kennzahl "Z" errechnet: Z = L (Leistung) / P (Gesamtangebotspreis als Wertungspreis) Der Gesamtangebotspreis ergibt sich aus dem Wertungspreis des Preisblattes (Anlage 5) und die Leistungspunkte aus dem Leistungsverzeichnis (Anlage 2). Der aktuelle Entwurf der Unterlagen ist dieser Aufforderung zur Information beigefügt. Der Auftraggeber weist darauf hin, dass ggf. noch Anpassungen der Unterlagen erfolgen können, auf die Nr. IV dieser Aufforderung zum Teilnahmewettbewerb wird hingewiesen
