Die Abwicklung von Baumaßnahmen erfordert den Datenaustauscht des Auftraggebers mit verschiedenen externen Partnern sowie einer Unterstützung auf der Baustelle. Für diesen Zweck wird die Anmietung einer Cloudplattform als Software as a Service (SaaS) ausgeschrieben. Die Mindestvertragslaufzeit beträgt 48 Monate. Die Leistungsdauer verlängert sich um die vereinbarten Monate laut EVB-IT Cloudvertrag, wenn sie nicht mit einer Frist von drei Monaten zum Laufzeitende gekündigt wird.
