Servicii de implementare New CRM Grids (Migrarea CRM Grids la Salesforce Lightning) Cantitatile estimate minime si maxime ale acordului cadru: Cantitatea estimata minima: 6.505 MD (zile-om). Cantitatea estimata maxima: 7.505 MD (zile-om). Cantităţile estimate minime şi maxime care ar putea face obiectul unui singur contract subsecvent dintre cele care urmează să fie atribuite pe durata acordului-cadru: Cantitatea estimata minima este aferenta Fazei 3 a proiectului, respectiv 700 MD (zile-om). Cantitatea estimata maxima este aferenta Fazei 1 a proiectului, respectiv 3413 MD (zile-om). Estimarea valorii celui mai mare contract subsecvent care urmează să fie atribuit pe durata acordului-cadru = 11,566,215 RON. Estimarea valorii maxime a acordului-cadru = 25.336.353,89 RON , fara TVA Durata fiecarui contract subsecvent se va stabili in functie de nevoile Achizitorului, iar primul contract subsecvent va fi aferent Fazei 1 a proiectului. Frecvenţa de atribuire a contractelor subsecvente: se vor semna contracte subsecvente pentru fiecare Faza a proiectului de implemantare.

Obiectul general al prezentei achiziții constă în implementarea unei platforme CRM (Migrarea CRM Grids la Salesforce Lightning) cu scopul de a gestiona diversele procese de business pe baza unei solicitări din partea clienților (clienți finali: consumatori, producători, prosumatori, dezvoltatori, furnizori de energie electrică), pentru a îmbunătăți relațiile cu clienții, a optimiza procesele de business și a crește eficiența operaționala. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 a zi, inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea solicitarilor de participare, conform art.173 alin.(1) din Legea 99/2016, cu modificarile ulterioare. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a solicitarilor de participare/ofertelor: 19 zile. Eventualele solicitari de clarificari la documentatia de atribuire vor fi solicitate in Sistemul de Achizitie SAP ARIBA. Raspunsul consolidat la eventualele solicitari de clarificari la documentatia de atribuire se va publica in SEAP.
