Predmet nabave grupe 1 su višegodišnje licence sa programskim paketima koji se koriste u IT sustavu HAMAG – BICRO-a, sve kako je određeno u Tehničkim specifikacijama i Troškovniku ovog DoN-a. Napominje se da je dio licenci koje Narčitelj nabavlja izdvojen u zasebnu grupu predmeta nabave te će se nabava istih provesti u skladu sa čl.23. ZJN 2016. Izražena procijenjena vrijednost nabave odnosi se stoga na grupu 1 bez izdvojene grupe nabave. Ukupna procijenjena vrijednost nabave grupe 1 i izdvojene grupe nabave iznosi 240.000,00 EUR.
