Punctajul se acorda astfel: a) Pentru cel mai scazut dintre preturi se acorda punctajul maxim alocat; b) Pentru celelalte preturi ofertate punctajul P(n) se calculeaza proportional, astfel: P(n) = (Pret minim ofertat / Pret n) x punctaj maxim alocat40%

A.1. Lantul de aprovizionare Pentru fiecare produs/sortiment din cadul lotului pentru care se depune oferta, punctajul se acorda astfel: a) se acorda punctajul maxim alocat (20 puncte) pentru livrarile directe, fara intermediari intre producatorul original si consumatorul final – autoritatea contractanta b) se acorda 10 puncte pentru livrarile care implica un singur intermediar in lantul de aprovizionare, intre producatorul original si consumatorul final – autoritatea contractanta c) se acorda 5 puncte pentru livrarile care implica doi intermediari in lantul de aprovizionare, intre producatorul original si consumatorul final – autoritatea contractanta d) nu vor fi punctate livrarile care implica mai mult de doi intermediari in lantul de aprovizionare, intre producatorul original si consumatorul final – autoritatea contractanta In vederea determinarii punctajului factorului de evaluare “lantul de aprovizionare” corespunzator lotului pentru care se depune oferta, se va utiliza formula: P(n)LA1(lot) = P(n)LAprod1 + P(n)LAprod2 + ... + P(n)LaprodX / NT(prod/lot) Unde: P(n)LA1(lot) – punctaj lant de aprovizioanre/ lot P(n)LAprod1 – punctaj lant de aprovizionare / primul produs din lot P(n)LAprod2 – punctaj lant de aprovizionare / al doilea produs din lot P(n)LaprodX – punctaj lant de aprovizionare / ultimul produs din lot NT(prod/lot) – numarul total al produselor din lot. Operatorul economic care asigura pentru ofertant, serviciile de transport ale produselor (accesorii furnizarii), nu va fi considerat intermediar, deoarece suntem in prezenta unei singure oferte si a unui singur transfer al dreptului de proprietate asupra produselor, respectiv de la ofertant la autoritatea contractanta achizitoare, transportatorul in cauza facturand catre ofertant doar serviciile de transport. In sensul art 18 alin (3) din Regulamentrul (CE) nr 178 din 28.101.2002 al Parlamentului European, conform caruia “[...] Operatorii economici din sectorul aliementelor sau hranei pentru animale dispun de sisteme si produceri pentru identificarea celorlalte societati catre care au fost furnizate produsele lor. Aceste informatii sunt puse la dispozitia autoritatilor competente, la cerere [...]”. Ofertantii vor demonstra indeplinirea acestei cerinte astfel: - semnarea declaratiei pe proprie raspundere – Formularul nr 9 - depunerea de documente anexate Propunerii tehnice (atestat de producator, documente justificative, contract de furnizare, sisteme, proceduri, etc), in copie, care atesta calitatea de producator sau, dupa caz, locul ofertantului, in calitate de intermediar, in lantul de aprovizionare, pentru fiecare produs/sortiment din componenta lotului pentru care se depune oferta20%

Lot 3

Pentru ofertele depuse, punctajul se acorda astfel: Se atribuie un numar maxim de puncte atunci cand proportia de produse certificate ecologic este de. Atunci cand proportia de produse certificate ecologic este mai mare sau egala cu: 20 puncte. Atunci cand proportia de produse certificate ecologic este mai mare sau egala cu: 10 puncte Atunci cand proportia de produse certificate ecologic este mai mica denu se acorda punctaj. Ofertantul va prezenta documente relevante care demonstreze indeplinirea cerintei astfel: Certificat de produs ecologic emis de un organism de certificare. Nota: 1) Toate celelalte produse care nu sunt atestate/inregistrate/certificate pe schemele de calitate, dar care indeplinesc normele europene si nationale de comercializare, pot participa la licitatie40%
