Das seit 2019 bestehende Beratungsangebot der Lotsenstelle umfasst niedrigschwellige, kostenfreie, mehrsprachige Erstberatungen; umfassende Informationen über öffentliche Förder- und Beratungsleistungen, Verweisberatung an nicht gewerbliche Einrichtungen in Berlin; Unterstützung bei Behördengängen im Kontext der Unternehmensführung bzw. -gründung. Zielgruppe sind Existenzgründerinnen und Existenzgründer und Selbstständige nicht-deutscher Herkunft sowie Geflüchtete, die sich in Berlin selbstständig machen möchten oder es bereits sind.
