Gegenstand des Auftrags ist die elektronische Durchführung von schriftlichen zweiten juristischen Staatsprüfungen im Saarland. Dies beinhaltet die Bereitstellung einer zur Klausurbearbeitung geeigneten Software sowie die Bereitstellung der erforderlichen technischen Infrastruktur und Nutzerhardware. Darüber hinaus muss technischer Support vor und während der Prüfung, erforderlichenfalls während der Korrekturphase nach den Prüfungen sowie in der Zeit möglicher Prüfungsanfechtungen sichergestellt werden und müssen vorgelagert Übungsmöglichkeiten der eingesetzten Prüfungssoftware geschaffen werden.
