Les objectifs de la formation sont les suivants : formation des nouveaux calltakers recrutés pour les CIC ; formation orientée sur l'aspect pratique du calltaking. L'organisation de la formation comprend : l'organisation pratique et l'exécution des cours ; le suivi administratif des élèves ; les stages d'observation, etc. L’estimation maximum des services à prester, par lot et par an, est la suivante: lot 1 : 3 formations de base néerlandophones.
