La consultation donne lieu à l'établissement d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande multi attributaire fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum et avec les montants maximums annuels Cf à l'article 2-3-Forme de l'accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre sera conclu pour une durée d'un an à compter de sa date de notification. Il est reconductible tacitement 3 fois, pour une période d'un an, soit une durée globale maximum de 4 ans. Sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant de candidats, trois opérateurs économiques seront retenus. L'acheteur contactera le titulaire dont l'offre a été classée première et, si celui-ci n'a pas la capacité de répondre dans les délais exigés, ils s'adressent au titulaire dont l'offre a été classée deuxième et ainsi de suite
