Předmětem zakázky je poskytování služeb, při zajišťování činností profesionálního software house (SWH) v rámci informačního systému ŘSD. Plnění bude poskytováno prostřednictvím specializovaných rolí a dovedností dle aktuálních potřeb ŘSD. Jedná se o poskytování zejména služeb konzultantů, projektových manažerů, IT a BI analytiků, vývojářů (v celém spektru od architektů a návrhářů po programátory/kodéry, „technical writery“ a „release specialisty“) a maintenance specialisty/inženýry všech úrovní podpory, při návrhu, vývoji, provozu (údržbě a podpoře) a rozvoji nezbytných částí informačního systému.
