Der Auftragnehmer des Loses 1 ist verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung und den technischen Betrieb der Standardsoftware sowie der zugrunde liegenden Systemplattform. Dies umfasst insbesondere: - Softwarebereitstellung - Cloudbetrieb - Lizenzierung und Nutzungsrechte - Betrieb der Systemumgebung - Sicherstellung von Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Skalierbarkeit - Herstellerwartung, insbesondere: Bereitstellung von Updates, Upgrades und Patches; Umsetzung gesetzlich zwingender Anpassungen im Standard und Technischer Herstellersupport. Für die Bereitstellung der Software sowie der damit verbundenen Leistungen gilt der EVB-IT Cloudvertrag mitsamt seinen Anlagen. Die angebotene Lösung muss auf dieser Vertragsgrundlage erbracht werden. Die angebotene Lösung ist im Software-as-a-Service-Modell (SaaS) in einer Private-Cloud-Umgebung nach den Mindestkriterien BSI C5 bereitzustellen. Die Private Cloud muss eine mandantenisolierte, sichere und kontrollierte Betriebsumgebung gewährleisten. Zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung bestimmen sich die Größenordnungen wie folgt: - Personalstammsätze Personalwirtschaft: 115.000 - User Personalwirtschaft: 1.750 - Personalstammsätze Versorgung: 4.500 - User Versorgungssachbearbeitung: 25 - Workflow-User Finanzwesen: 150 - User zur Erstellung von E-Rechnungen: 20 - User für Buchhaltung und Controlling: 12 (davon 6 mit Leserechten) - Eingangsrechnungen ca. 2.300 / Jahr - Ausgangsrechnungen ca. 50.000 / Jahr Die Verarbeitung sensibler und personenbezogener Daten gemäß den geltenden gesetzlichen Vorgaben (insbesondere DSGVO) muss möglich sein.
