La délégation porte sur l’exploitation du service public de chauffage urbain du quartier Croix-Rouge, incluant la conception, le financement, la réalisation des travaux de premier établissement, l’exploitation, la maintenance, le renouvellement et le gros entretien du réseau et des installations de production et de distribution de chaleur. Le périmètre comprend : - Les installations de production de chaleur (y compris la valorisation de chaleur fatale, la biomasse, le gaz, l’électricité, etc.) ; - Les réseaux de transport et de distribution, incluant la conversion éventuelle de tronçons haute pression vers basse pression ; - Les sous-stations et points de livraison aux abonnés ; - Les dispositifs de supervision, de télégestion et de reporting ; - Les ouvrages annexes nécessaires à la continuité de service et à la sécurité d’exploitation.
