A szolgáltatás tárgya Ajánlatkérő birtokában lévő Smiths Detection röntgenrendszer és elemeinek (iLane egységek, munkaállomások és szerverek) gyártói utasítás és ütemezés szerinti karbantartása, javítása és alkatrész ellátásának biztosítása az alábbiak szerint: a) a műszaki leírás .1.1. melléklete szerinti berendezések, valamint az 1. 2. melléklet szerinti jótállási időszakon belüli berendezések vonatkozásában rendszeres karbantartási feladatok ellátása, a felmerülő hibák javítása b) a berendezésekhez kapcsolódó szerződéses feladatok ellátásával összefüggésben rendelkezésre állás c) a Berendezésekhez kapcsolódóan a Műszaki Leírás 2. sz. melléklete szerinti alkatrészek Megrendelő részére történő biztosítása, a felhasználást követő pótlása és az esetlegesen szükséges új alkatrészek leszállítása d) a szerződéstervezetben foglaltak szerint a Megrendelő egyedi megrendelése alapján egyes rendkívüli munkavégzési feladatok ellátása A keretösszeg: 1.862.293 EUR, lehívási kötelezettség 80 %.
