Contrat de concession de service public du traitement et de valorisation énergétique des ordures ménagères et assimilées du GAC incluant : -Traitement des déchets en phase transitoire (avec ou sans exploitation de l'UIOM existante selon le choix du candidat conformément au programme). -Réalisation d’une nouvelle UVE sur le site de Saint-Benoît-la-Forêt sur les parcelles cadastrales dont le SMICTOM du Chinonais est propriétaire sous la maîtrise d’ouvrage et le financement du concessionnaire. - Exploitation, entretien et maintenance de la nouvelle UVE. - Travaux de déconstruction de l'UIOM existante et plus globalement la déconstruction des ouvrages et équipements non réutilisés intégrant une remise en état et une valorisation paysagère des espaces libérés. -Apport des financements nécessaires à la réalisation de ces opérations.
