Neubau einer Feuerwehr Ahrweiler: Das heutige Gebäude der Freiwilligen Feuerwehr Ahrweiler an der Ramersbacher Straße gegenüber des Ahrtores wurde durch die Flut im Jahr 2021 stark beschädigt. Der verbleibende Torso ist nicht mehr sanierungsfähig, sodass an anderer Stelle ein Ersatzneubau mit 12 Stellplätzen realisiert werden soll. Die neue Lage südlich der Ahr befindet sich in Sichtweite des heutigen Feuerwehrgebäudes. Durch die Umlegung des Feuerwehrgebäudes soll in Zukunft die Erreichbarkeit aller Gebiete auch bei extremen Hochwasser durch die Feuerwehr sichergestellt werden. Im Rahmen der Holzbau-Zimmermann- und Dachabdichtungsarbeiten ist folgende Beschaffung erforderlich: ca. 1.050 m² BSPH-Wände, ca. 770 m² BSPH-Decken, ca. 830 m² BSH-Decken, diverse Stützen und Träger, ca. 380 m² Wandbekleidungen innen, ca. 470 m² Fassadenbekleidungen Weißtanne, ca. 1.200 m² Dachabdichtungs- und Dachbegrünungsarbeiten inkl. PV-Unterkonstruktionen, ca. 300 m Attikaabdeckungen, ca. 7.450 kg Metallbauarbeiten (Außentreppe + Unterkonstruktion Fassade)
