Für die im Eigentum der Pensionsversicherungsanstalt (PVA) befindlichen und durch die eigene Hausverwaltung betriebenen Mietzinshäuser in Wien im 1., 2., 3., 5., 8., 18. und 19. Bezirk werden Objektsanierungen (großteils Wohnungen; in seltenen Fällen auch Geschäftsbereiche) bei Bedarf laufend gesondert je Sanierung, Umbau, Adaptierung o.ä. durch Fremdfirmen umgesetzt.Nunmehr ist vorgesehen, mittels des hiermit ausgeschriebenen Dynamischen Beschaffungssystems (DBS) das Gewerk "Tischlerarbeiten" im Zusammenhang mit den jeweiligen Objektsanierungen für die Mietzinshäuser abzuwickeln.Nach Ablauf der Einrichtungsphase des DBS werden in der Betriebsphase (frühestens ab dem 30.Tag nach der Einrichtungsphase möglich) jene Firmen deren Teilnahemantrag bis zur 1.Öffnung einlangt und den Kriterien entspricht, zur bedarfsorientierten Angebotslegung im Rahmen eines zumindest 1.Abrufes eingeladen.Die dann eintretende Betriebsphase des DBS wird vorerst bis 01.01.2038 begrenzt.
