Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to a restricted tender contest for the establishment of a dynamic purchasing system (DIO) for the purchase, delivery and assembly of furniture and fixtures for Trondheim municipality ́s entities. Trondheim municipality shall enter into a new dynamic purchasing system (DIO) for the purchase, delivery and assembly of furniture and fixtures for Trondheim municipality ́s entities. The current DIO starting in 2021 expires 31.12.2025.The procurement of new furniture and fixtures under NOK 1.1 million, excluding VAT, shall be carried out with call-offs from framework agreements for each area (office, nursery, school, institution). Dynamic purchasing system is used for individual procurements from and including NOK 1.1 million excluding VAT. Suppliers can continually qualify for participation in the scheme. Only qualified tenderers will have access to published competitions. A more detailed description can be found in this document with annexes, as well as the Mercell portal.
