Het DAS wordt ingesteld ten behoeve van de levering van software voor Plagiaatcontrole en aanpalende diensten. De in te kopen software voor plagiaatcontrole moet de Deelnemer in staat stellen ingeleverd werk te controleren op originaliteit, plagiaat en/of het gebruik van AI. Deelnemers wensen op afroep software voor Plagiaatcontrole en aanpalende diensten af te nemen. Dit betekent dat iedere Deelnemer zelf software voor Plagiaatcontrole afneemt zodra zij daar behoefte aan heeft. De Opdrachten tot levering van deze producten/diensten dienen op een eenvoudige wijze en binnen een korte doorlooptijd gegund te worden.
