Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss von Verträgen im Rahmen eines Open-House-Verfahrens. EWP lässt in einer vorgelagerten Rückhollogistik Einwegpfandgebinde sammeln und an Knotenpunkten zwischenlagern. Diese Einwegpfandgebinde müssen in weiterer Folge von den Knotenpunkten zu Zählstellen, Sortieranlagen oder Zwischenlagern der EWP transportiert werden. EWP führt daher ein Open-House-Verfahren zur Ermittlung geeigneter Transportunternehmer:innen für die Durchführung der Transportdienstleistungen zu festgelegten Vertragsbedingungen durch. Ziel ist es, einen möglichst großen Pool an Transportunternehmer:innen zu generieren. Die Auswahl des:der konkreten Transportunternehmers:Transportunternehmerin aus dem Pool der gelisteten Transportunternehmer:innen erfolgt im Einzelfall durch den:die jeweilige:n Tarifpartner:in/Logistikpartner:in. Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zulassungsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten Transportunternehmer:innen der Abschluss des Zulassungsvertrags angeboten.
