Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss von Verträgen nach § 31 SGB V über die Versorgung von Versicherten mit Verbandmitteln im Rahmen eines sogenannten Open-House Verfahrens. Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten Anbietern jederzeit der Abschluss bzw. Beitritt zu dem Vertrag angeboten. Individuelle Vertragsverhandlungen werden nicht geführt, einzelnen Vertragspartnern wird keine Exklusivität zugesichert. Ein Vertragsabschluss erfolgt mit allen Anbietern, die die Voraussetzungen zum Vertrag erfüllen und dies durch ihre Unterschrift auf den auszufüllenden Erklärungen bzw. dem Vertrag bestätigt haben.
