Melhus and Skaun municipalities shall establish a dynamic purchasing system for consultancy services in all disciplines in the building and construction sector. The contracting authority requests service areas for all types of consultancy services for building and construction activities. Consultancy assignments in Melhus and Skaun municipalities will mainly be announced through this procurement scheme. Mini-competitions will be announced 30 days after the notice date at the earliest.
