Purchasing and Renting Passenger and Utility Vehicles

This is a Dynamic Acquisition System (DPS) for the acquisition and leasing of light passenger and utility vehicles, including preventive and curative maintenance, for the SIDEC du Jura. The DPS is set up for a duration of 6 years (until 2030-10-14) and will be executed via specific contracts (framework agreements with purchase orders) under a restricted procedure. The total estimated value is €720,000. Four lots are defined: Lot 1 (acquisition and maintenance of light passenger vehicles), Lot 2 (acquisition and maintenance of utility vehicles), Lot 3 (leasing and maintenance of light passenger vehicles), Lot 4 (leasing and maintenance of utility vehicles). Submission is electronic in French only. Award criteria are only stated in the procurement documents. The first specific call is expected in late October 2024.
