Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen oder Gemeinschaften pharmazeutischer Unternehmen der Abschluss von Rabattverträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V über die genannten Wirkstoffe/Wirkstoffkombinationen angeboten. Der früheste Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.10.2024. Davon ausgehend beträgt die Vertragslaufzeit maximal 24 Monate.
