I alt drejer det sig om ca. 14.300 etagemeter som planlægges opført på hjørnet af Ny Carlsberg Vej og Lagergade, indpasset på det sidste byggefelt i den nye bydel, jf. tillæg 7 til lokalplan 432 Carlsberg II, Valby og Vesterbro/Kgs. Enghave. Udbuddet gennemføres som en totalentreprise og opgaven er kendetegnet ved håndtering af svære byggepladsforhold, som bl.a. indgår som et konkurrenceelement.
