Consultancy services for analyses and reviews.

The Planning and Infrastructure and Strategic Mobility Plan in Ruter AS need a framework agreement for multi-disciplinary consultancy services for analysis and review work. The work will include planning and reviewing on several levels. This ranges from general strategic assessments of the current and future mobility offer and infrastructure, to more detailed analyses of stops, junctions and accessibility for buses and trams. The framework agreement shall ensure access to flexible and multi-disciplinary consultancy services within project management, analysis, review, planning, strategy and participation in the mobility offer. There is a need for competence in, among other things, GIS and map analyses, transport model, strategy, process and method development, as well as needs mapping and surveys. The services shall cover the entire spectrum from general strategic reviews, to detailed professional assessments, and will apply to the entire Ruter market area, themed for all transport forms, subways, trams, buses and boats. The assignments will also deal with topics related to general mobility and interaction with public transport, including walking, cycling, micromobility and cars. Shared mobility, co-driving and booked transport are also relevant topics. Ruter intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with five tenderers.
