Winter snow-clearing services for nursery schools

Sub-contract Barnehage Vest comprises the delivery of winter operational services for approx. 61 nursery properties in nordre Aker, Vestre Aker and Ullern districts. The assignment includes snow clearing, gritting, measures against slippery lead and spring sweeping of a total of approx. 35,376 m² operational area. The services shall ensure safe transport and satisfactory accessibility for children, guardians and employees throughout the winter season. The sub-contract will be one of four geographical sub-contracts in Oslobygg KF ́s contract for winter operation in nurseries, and includes both ordinary winter operations and any additional work as needed.

The tenderer shall be a legally established company. Documentation requirements: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Sub-contract Barnehage Syd comprises the delivery of winter operational services for approx. 73 nursery properties in the Østensjø, Nordstrand and Søndre Nordstrand districts. The assignment includes snow clearing, gritting, measures against slippery lead and spring sweeping of a total of approx. 46,021 m² operational area. The services shall ensure safe transport and satisfactory accessibility for children, guardians and employees throughout the winter season. The sub-contract will be one of four geographical sub-contracts in Oslobygg KF ́s contract for winter operation in nurseries, and includes both ordinary winter operations and any additional work as needed.

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documentation requirements: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating based on the last known accounting figures. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain annual accounts or other documentation if this is necessary to evaluate the requirement. Tenderers can submit all documentation that they believe is relevant for assessing their financial capacity.

Sub-contract Nursery North comprises the delivery of winter operational services for approx. 85 nursery properties in the grorud, alna, Stovner and Bjerke districts. The assignment includes snow clearing, gritting, measures against slippery lead and spring sweeping of a total of approx. 52,112 m² operational area. The services shall ensure safe transport and satisfactory accessibility for children, guardians and employees throughout the winter season. The sub-contract will be one of four geographical sub-contracts in Oslobygg KF ́s contract for winter operation in nurseries, and includes both ordinary winter operations and any additional work as needed.

Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirements: · A statement of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the administrative management in the last three years (can be a competence matrix or organisation chart). · Description of the tools, materials and technical equipment that the tenderer has at its disposal for fulfilment of the contract. Sub-contract Barnehage Sentrum comprises the delivery of winter operational services for approx. 121 nursery properties in sagene, St. Hanshaugen, Frogner, Gamle Oslo and Grünerløkka districts. The assignment includes snow clearing, gritting, measures against slippery lead and spring sweeping of a total of approx. 45,640 m² operational area. The services shall ensure safe transport and satisfactory accessibility for children, guardians and employees throughout the winter season. The sub-contract will be one of four geographical sub-contracts in Oslobygg KF ́s contract for winter operation in nurseries, and includes both ordinary winter operations and any additional work as needed.

Tenderers shall have competence and experience from the execution of relevant assignments of an equivalent nature, scope and complexity. Documentation requirements: · Description of the tenderer's 2 to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 5 years. · The description must include a statement of the assignment ́s value, date and recipient. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. · The contracting authority reserves the right to check the stated references. CVs for individuals must not be submitted.
