Die Sporthalle ist stark veraltet und soll saniert werden. Das Gebäude besteht aus zwei Gebäudeteilen. Im direkt an der Sporthalle anliegenden und z.T. bestehenden Sozialtrakt sowie in der Neubau-Erweiterung wird der Grundriss grundsätzlich verändert und ein neues Raumprogramm umgesetzt Die hier ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten beinhalten unter anderem: Unterdecken: - ca. 260 m2 GK-Unterdecken (z.T. freitragend) - ca. 155 m2 Akustik-Unterdecken (z.T. freitragend) Wände - ca. 100 m2 GK-Wände -Nebenarbeiten, Verkleidungen usw.
