Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka vířivých van určených pro terapii horních a dolních končetin. Vířivý účinek koupele je vhodný při ošetřování stavů po úrazech, po zánětech, při poruchách nervového zásobování a při stavech po vyčerpání nervově svalového aparátu končetin. Vanu je možné také využít při regeneraci organizmu po nadměrné fyzické zátěži, například po sportovních výkonech a podobně. Součástí veřejné zakázky je i pozáruční servis.
