Le présent marché a pour objet l'actualisation du Bilan réglementaire des Emissions de gaz à Effet de Serre (BEGES) produits directement et indirectement en 2025 année de reporting, par la Région Normandie en tant qu'entité administrative. Le périmètre des émissions de GES à comptabiliser dans ce bilan doit porter sur le patrimoine et sur les compétences de la collectivité. L'ensemble des prestations attendues sont décrites précisément dans le CCTP
