Předmětem akce je novostavba silnice druhé třídy, celková délka plánované komunikace je 2,909 km. Součástí projektu je novostavba okružní křižovatky, nové světelně řízené křižovatky, podél budoucí přeložky II/611 budou realizovány protihlukové stěny a valy. Pro přístupy na pozemky jsou zřízeny hospodářské sjezdy. Součástí stavby jsou dále přeložky či úpravy inženýrských sítí technické infrastruktury a vodotečí. Stavba přeložky komunikace II/611 bude navazovat na ul. Okružní, na západní straně obce, kde je připravený sjezd do průmyslové zóny. V km 1,329 39 dojde ke křížení s komunikací III/10163, ul. Horoušanská. Dále povede souběžně s dálnicí D11 Praha - Hradec Králové a východně od obce se opět připojí na silnici II/611, ul. Pražská v km 11,9, kde bude připravená jihozápadní větev nové okružní křižovatky.
