Le projet consiste en la construction d'un nouveau collège d'une capacité d'accueil de 26 divisions dont une section ULIS et d'une SEGPA de 4 divisions, intégrant les espaces dévolus à l'enseignement et à l'administration de l'établissement, ainsi que l'ensemble des équipements et des aménagements associés nécessaires à son fonctionnement, y compris la signalétique intérieure et extérieure. La construction de 7 logements de fonction, d'une demi-pension avec cuisine de production, d'une halle sportive avec une Structure Artificielle d'Escalade niveau régional) et deux salles multi-activités est intégrée au projet. Le coût prévisionnel provisoire des travaux est de 31 150 000 euro(s) HT. La durée des travaux est estimée à 104 semaines ( non compris la période de préparation de 9 semaines). La mission OPC porte sur 5 phases : - phase n°1 : prise en charge du Dossier - phase n°2 : préparation du Dossier de Consultation des Entreprises -phase n°3 : préparation de chantier - phase n°4 : suivi du chantier - phase n°5 : réception, levée de réserves et garantie de parfait achèvement
