Le tronçon N09.56 Bex Nord - Martigny est long de près de 15.8 km. Il commence à la limite de la filiale 1 (Estavayer-le-Lac) au km 56.222 et se termine au périmètre du projet EP Martigny & Environs (km 72.000), qui a été terminé en 2023. Il comprend les deux demi-jonctions à Bex ainsi qu’une jonction à St-Maurice. Le présent projet consiste donc à remédier à certaines déficiences de l’infrastructure pour prolonger sa durée d’efficacité d’environ 15 ans, en réalisant des mesures individuelles dans les domaines : • T/U (Tracé et environnement) – remplacement des revêtements et réaménagement des places de repos • K (Ouvrages d’art) – mesures constructives sur 11 ouvrages (dont certains ouvrages jumeaux) et vérification statique de 7 ouvrages. Le présent appel d’offre est relatif aux prestations d’ingénieur bruit pour la réalisation d’un relevé d’état bruit (ZEL) pour l’ensemble du tronçon N09.56 Bex Nord – Martigny. Le dernier ZEL, datant de 2011, doit être actualisé et doit intégrer les projets d’assainissement prévus sur le tronçon.
