Este contrato tiene por objeto el servicio de asistencia técnica de apoyo a las SEAS ubicadas en la provincia de Madrid, en la realización de sus funciones, que incluye llevar a cabo la gestión, administración y contabilización de los recursos financieros asignados, la contratación, el reflejo contable del patrimonio, así como el desarrollo de la estructura de costes en todas aquellas unidades, centros y organismos del EA (en adelante UCO) que se le adscriban, cuyo detalle se describe en la cláusula 5 del PPT.
