FMI vil beregne en evalueringsteknisk pris for hvert tilbud. Den evalueringstekniske pris er baseret på de tilbudte priser i bilag 2.1 og det af FMI skønnede evalueringstekniske forbrug under Aftalen. Det evalueringstekniske forbrug fremgår af bilag 2.1. Den evalueringstekniske pris beregnes som de tilbudte priser i bilag 2.1 ganget med det tilhørende evalueringstekniske forbrug. Hvert tilbud bliver tildelt en karakter i henhold til en økonomisk ramme på baggrund af tilbuddets evalueringstekniske pris, som opgøres som anført i afsnittet ”Nærmere om beregningsgrundlaget”. Den økonomiske ramme udgør laveste evalueringstekniske pris +. Tilbuddet med den laveste evalueringstekniske pris gives karakteren 5. Tilbud med en evalueringsteknisk pris, der præcis svarer til den økonomiske ramme (laveste pris + eller overstiger denne ramme, tildeles karakteren 1 — 80%
