Gegenstand der Bauarbeiten ist eine erforderliche Anpassung und Modernisierung des Gebäudes in allen Geschossen bei laufendem Krankenhausbetrieb. Malerarbeiten. Die Umsetzung des Bauvorhabens erfolgt in insgesamt 5 aufeinander folgenden Bauabschnitten. Aus diesem Grund ist ein durchgehendes Arbeiten in den einzelnen Gewerken nicht möglich.
