Allerød Kommune udbyder hermed totalrådgiverkontrakt vedrørende projektet "Engholm Svømmehal - Renovering" som omhandler renovering af Engholm Svømmehal, beliggende på adressen Lærkenborg Allé 1A, 3450 Allerød. Den udbudte totalrådgiverkontrakt omfatter teknisk rådgivning og bistand i alle faser fra og med udarbejdelse af dispositions-/projektforslag og frem til gennemførelse af 1-års eftersyn, herunder fuld projektering af det samlede projekt og rådgivning under udførelsen (byggeledelse, fagtilsyn, projektopfølgning mv.).
