Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue (jatkossa "Tilaaja") kilpailuttaa silmälääkäreiden palveluja täyttämään henkilöstövajeita silmätautien poliklinikalla Vaasan keskussairaalassa. Tarkempi kuvaus palvelusta sekä palvelua ja lääkäreitä koskevat vaatimukset ovat esitetty tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Hankinnan tavoitteena on muodostaa Tilaajan itse suunnittelema, puitejärjestelmän kaltainen menettely, johon valitaan kaikki soveltuvat ja tarjouspyynnön ehdot täyttävät tarjoukset. Menettelyä on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Hankinnassa sovelletaan hintakattoa, joka on kilpailutusajankohdalla 2000 € / päivä. Hankinnan sopimuskausi on 1.10.2026 - 30.9.2028. Sopimukseen sisältyy kaksi (2) optiota, joilla sopimusta voidaan jatkaa yhdellä vuodella kerrallaan, enintään 30.9.2030 saakka.
