De opdracht omvat de organisatie van voor- en naschoolse opvang tijdens schoolweken, op woensdagnamiddag, tijdens schoolvrije dagen en vakantieweken volledig volgens de bepalingen van het lokaal erkenningskader. De aanbieder moet opvang organiseren in de verschillende scholen op het grondgebied van Tielt en vakantieopvang organiseren tijdens de schoolvakanties in 4 of 5 schoollocaties. De aanbesteder verwacht van de aanbieder een gedegen personeelsbeleid te voeren en in te staan voor inschrijvingen, de communicatie en facturatie. Dit wordt later in de opdracht nog gespecificeerd. Plaats van dienstverlening: Diverse locaties in Tielt en deelgemeenten in de ter beschikking gestelde lokalen van de deelnemende onderwijsinstellingen. Openingsuren: De buitenschoolse opvang is toegankelijk van 6u30 tot 19u00. Er is geen collectieve sluiting mogelijk.
