Die Verbandsgemeinde Arzfeld saniert die Grundschule Daleiden. Ziel ist die energetische und funktionale Modernisierung des zweigeschossigen Bestandsgebäudes bei gleichzeitiger Umnutzung in eine Mischnutzung mit Schule, Wohnraum und Räumen für Gemeindeeinrichtungen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung: • Heizungs- und zentrale Brauchwassererwämungsanlagen nach DIN 18380 • Gas-, Wasser- und Entwässerungsanlagen innerhalb von Gebäuden nach DIN 18381, incl. Abluftanlagen nach DIN 18017 • Dämm- und Brandschutzarbeiten an technischen Anlagen nach DIN 18421 • Gebäudeautomation nach DIN EN 15232.
