Urakka on yksikköhintainen kokonaisurakka (KU). Yksikköhintainen kunnossapidon palvelusopimus Seinäjoen raakapuun kuormausalueen tie-, kuormaus- ja kääntöalueiden hoidosta ajalle 2027-2030. Kuormausalueen hoitoon sisältyy tie-, kuormaus- ja kääntöalueiden talvi- ja kesähoito. Talvihoitoon sisältyy lumen ja sohjon poisto, polanteen poisto, liukkauden torjunta, lumen poiskuljetus, kuormausalueelle jääneiden puiden poisto ja jäätyneiden rumpujen sulatus. Kesähoitoon sisältyy sorapintojen tasaus, sorapintojen pölynsidonta, murskeen lisääminen, päällystettyjen teiden ja alueiden paikkaus, ojien puhdistus, sadevesijärjestelmien ja rumpujen hoito ja huolto, kuormausalueelle jääneiden puiden poisto, parkin poiskuljetus sekä kuormausalueelle jääneen ja kaatopaikalle kuuluvan materiaalin poisto.
