Gegenstand der Beschaffung sind Heizungs- und Sanitärarbeiten für den Neubau eines Ganztags- und Grundschulgebäudes. Die auszuführenden Heizungsleistungen umfassen insbesondere die Herstellung, Lieferung, Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Wärmeerzeugern samt Zubehör, Heizungsleitungen, Wärmedämmung sowie aller erforderlichen Verbindungs-, Befestigungs- und Nebenleistungen. Ebenfalls erfasst ist die Installation einer Fußbodenheizung samt Zubehör. Die auszuführenden Sanitärleistungen umfassen insbesondere die Erstellung und Installation von WC-Räumen, der Schulküche sowie Außenzapfstellen für Trinkwasser. Als Material für das Trinkwassernetz wird Edelstahl verwendet. Zugunsten der Trinkwasserhygiene wird das Netz durchschliffen.
