Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Schülerbeförderung im Bereich der Stadt Landshut zu einzelnen Sportstätten und Sonderzielen für das Schuljahr 2026/2027. Die Pflicht zur Erbringung der Verkehrsleistungen beginnt nach dem Ende der bayerischen Sommerferien am Dienstag, 15.09.2026 und endet am letzten Tag des Schuljahres 2026/2027. Eine Schülerbeförderung findet nicht statt an Samstagen sowie Sonn- und gesetzlichen Fei-ertagen, nicht während der Schulferien nach dem bayerischen Ferienkalender. Die monatliche Abrechnung erfolgt nach der Tagespauschale, die der Auftragnehmer kalku-liert hat, bzw. bei den Sonderfahrten nach dem vereinbarten Besetztkilometerpreis. Gegenstand ist die Schülerbeförderung im Schuljahr 2026/2027. Die derzeit beigefügten Planungsdaten beruhen auf dem Schuljahr 2025/2026 und dienen ausschließlich als Kalkulationsgrundlage; Änderungen bleiben vorbehalten.
