Le présent contrat a pour objet de définir les conditions dans lesquelles le Titulaire réalise les prestations relatives au marché d'entretien et de maintenance des appareils de chauffage, de VMC, de climatisation, d'eau chaude, des adoucisseurs, des CTA et ventilations du parc général de la CCES. Il comprend : – Une tranche ferme, incluant des prestations rémunérées forfaitairement pour la maintenance préventive (ainsi que certaines pièces du curatif) et le suivi ; des prestations rémunérées selon des prix unitaires pour la maintenance curative et les réunions et des prestations sur devis préalable pour les fournitures de pièces de rechange dépassant un certain seuil dans le cadre de la maintenance curative ainsi que pour l'achat et/ou le remplacement / renouvellement de gros équipements. – Une tranche optionnelle, incluant des prestations de réversibilité sortante (prix forfaitaire).
