This dynamic procurement system shall cover assistance, assignments, advice, project management and consultancy hire within procurements and logistics. See further information on the purpose of the dynamic purchasing system in the tender documentation. Kolumbus will, in the first stage, qualify tenderers, and then invite qualified tenderers to submit tenders in the individual competition under the scheme when the need for assistance occurs.
