Marché portant sur une mission complète de maitrise d'oeuvre, précédée d'une mission DIAG en vue des travaux de Réhabilitation du Pavillon Central de la Fondation Deutsch de la Meurthe à la CIUP. La mission comprend également la sécurité incendie. Les éléments de mission sont décrits en détail dans le CCTP.
