1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup ciężkiego miejskiego pojazdu ratowniczo – gaśniczego z układem napędowym 4 x 2 dla jednostki Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Baninie. 2. Szczegółowy zakres przedmiotu zamówienia określający dokładny zakres oraz wymagania jakościowe odnoszące się do co najmniej głównych elementów składających się na przedmiot zamówienia, zawarto w Specyfikacji Warunków Zamówienia (SWZ), a w szczególności w załącznikach nr 4 i 5 do SWZ. 3. Wykonawca w trakcie przekazywania przedmiotu zamówienia przeprowadzi przeszkolenie przedstawicieli Zamawiającego z zakresu obsługi odbieranego sprzętu.
