De Aanbesteder wenst over te gaan tot het afsluiten van een overeenkomst voor de duur van 2 jaar, 2 maal verlengbaar door de Aanbesteder telkens met 1 jaar (dus 2+1+1) voor het printen van folders en enveloppes in kader van uitnodigingen, herinneringen en resultaatsmededeling voor de Bevolkingsonderzoeken naar kanker. Tevens deel van de opdracht is het leveren van de folders en enveloppes bij de verwerker die de correspondentie postklaar maakt en de verwerker die instaat voor het samenstellen van de testkitjes. De Aanbesteder garandeert geen minimumafnames noch exclusiviteit.
