Przedmiotem niniejszego zamówienia jest: a. dostawa do siedziby Zamawiającego 4 sztuk fabrycznie nowych autobusów (rok produkcji 2026) jednego producenta w podziale 2 autobusy 2 osiowe i 2 autobusy 3 osiowe; b. gwarancja producenta przez okres 12 miesięcy od dnia dostawy, bez limitu kilometrów, 4.2. Minimalne warunki dostawy: 4.3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w Rozdziale III SWZ – OPZ. CPV (Wspólny Słownik Zamówień): 34 121 000 – 1. 4.4. Realizacja zamówienia podlega prawu polskiemu. 4.5. Zamawiający nie przewiduje udzielania zamówień powtórzonych. 4.6. Zamawiający nie przewiduje aukcji elektronicznej. 4.7.
